Physical disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent residents from caring for themselves. Our Resident Assistants can help you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, and personal needs. We work with reputable outside providers to assist residents and their families when pallative care or hospice services are required.
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, medication management and administration, assistance with personal care, laundry, housekeeping and other needs. We take the time to get to know you or your loved ones preferences to develop an individualized service plan.
Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one assistance based on your individualized service plan that covers your physical, spiritual, emotional and
long term needs.
The benefits to respite admissions are countless and include: improving the sense of well-being for both caregiver and the person being cared for, reducing any stress and providing additional support, which improves the coping ability and relationship of both the caregiver and resident. A respite stay can range from 24 hours up to 28 days. Private pay and some MCO's are accepted for payment. Daily rates are based on a personal assessment.
Our experienced caregivers provide quality care to our residents, their families, and outside support systems. Our goal is to help individuals live happy and fulfilling lives. We offer short term admissions for those residents who may need a longer recovery time prior to returning to their prior living arrangement after a hospitalization or rehabilitation stay but do not require skilled nursing services. Long-term admissions are also available for those who require on-going care. Payment options include private pay (we do not require an endowment fee) with monthly rates determined by a personal assessment. We do contract with some Managed Care Organizations. Please call to see if we are contracted with a provider.
Both employees & folks who had family there have had nothing but great things to say - they really seem to care about their residents!
Thank you all for taking such good care of my Aunt. I'm happy that she was able to have one more good year before finding her peace. I can't say how much your efforts were appreciated, God Bless.
I volunteered over the holiday season at both locations, and saw the residents enjoying a variety of activities, from decorating cookies to joining in a Christmas carol sing-along with another volunteer who played his guitar. The homes were clean and the staff were very helpful when I wanted to learn everyone's name and what sort of activities they would be most comfortable with me leading. We completed jigsaw puzzles, assembled foam ornament kits and one woman insisted on showing me her photo albums. Everyone seemed well cared for and content, and I really enjoyed putting in some time with the elderly in our community. I hope to return soon!
